Having formerly traded as D.K. Fashions with over 30 years industry experience, Pavash Limited was established in 2002 in Birmingham, and has since grown to become a leading UK clothing manufacturer.
Our business model is solely focused on the needs of our customers; we manufacture and supply various ranges of premium quality clothing including womenswear, menswear, workwear and children's clothing. This includes tops, trousers, leggings, skirts, and dresses which are distributed predominantly in the UK, but also internationally.
We work with our customers from initial designs and concepts through to production to provide an all-encompassing service at a competitive price.
As a SEDEX audited and approved factory, we ensure all garments are not only produced to an excellent standard, but that our production process is ethical and fair.

SERVICES
SINGLE SITE UK PRODUCTION
Our production process solely takes place in our factory in Birmingham, UK.
We believe that by bringing the entire production process in house, we can provide you, our client, with the utmost level of service.

We have abundant fabric and trimming storage space.

We lay and cut fabric across our multiple cutting tables - one of which includes an automatic cutting facility.

We use a FUTURA CAD system to ensure we are cutting fabrics as efficiently as possible. This minimises fabric waste and also helps reduce costs.

We manufacture all garments on site across our 50+ sewing machines.

Finally we press, process and complete your production, allowing for garments to be collected from our premises, to be couriered to their relevant distribution centre.
